What Is the Best Way to Use Detox Foot Patches?
We recommend applying a patch to each of soles of your clean feet and leave it on for a period of 8-10 hours before removing (this is why people often put them on before going to bed!). The sachets in your kit have two patches in each - one to use for each foot, each night. Unlike some other brands, our patches are in one simple easy-to-apply piece, so simply remove the adhesive film and place on the centre of each of the soles of your feet before jumping into bed and getting some sleep.

How Many Times Should I Use Detox Foot Patches?
It is recommended to use detox foot patches each consecutive night for five nights however, you can continue to use our patches comfortable for up to 14 days if the residue remains quite dark. We believe that for optimum balance and wellbeing, incorporating a 5 day detox and cleanse each month (which doesn’t even need to interfere with your weekend!) is a great way to support your natural function to cleanse and reset. We love doing ours every 4 weeks, so we're set up for the month ahead!

What if I miss a night?
Like most things in life, you should never beat yourself up if you miss something. Simply get back on track the following evening and then see through the remaining consecutive nights of your 5-Day kit.
How many nights in a row can I use the patches for?
Our 5-Day Detox Kits are just that – intended for 5 days of use, however if you still feel that you have symptoms of toxin overload (which include: fatigue, bloating, brain fog, headache, swelling, moodiness) then you should continue until symptoms subside. We would recommend up to 10 days, but then break for 14 days before embarking on another detox cycle.
What ingredients are in your detox tea?
Our all-natural ingredients in our Morning Sunshine Detox Tea include: Ginger, Green Tea, Burdock Root and Dandelion Root. We know that some people can feel nauseous with Green Tea (especially in the mornings), which is why we’ve purposefully added Ginger (because it’s both delicious known to eliminate nausea – eg used for motion sickness). Burdock Root and Dandelion Root are both absolute hero’s when it comes to naturally promoting detoxification. The bottom line is that you should detox as often as you feel you need to. The symptoms that are signs your body may be (or is still) in a state of toxin overload are: fatigue, brain fog, bloating, swelling and moodiness. We recommend setting up a lifestyle habit of committing 5 days a month to cleanse, detox and reset, for balance and maintenance of optimal health and wellbeing.
How do I know if I need to detox?
Our bodies all respond to toxin overload differently, but if you have one or some of the below symptoms, it could be a sign of toxicity and a strong signal that a cleansing detox would be a positive solution. Symptoms could include:

Why do you put detox foot patches on at night?
Our bodies are incredible, natural ‘flushing’ machines! We recommend using the Detox Foot Patches at night because this is also when our body (particularly our liver which is the main detoxifying organ) does most of its work. Based on the traditional Chinese Organ Body Clock, between 1-3am, toxins are released from your body and blood is filtered. At around 4am, your lungs are detoxing and between 5-7am is when your large intestine is releasing, eliminating toxins in waste. By using our patches at night, we’re supporting your natural system to eliminate toxins when it’s doing most of it’s work!
