I was a bit skeptical about detox kits, but after feeling pretty sluggish for a few weeks I decided to give this 5-day bundle a go.

The foot patches were the biggest surprise. They were easy to use and honestly a bit satisfying to see the results in the morning. By the third night, I felt like I was getting a much deeper, more restful sleep.

Delicious tea and fantastic patches

I was looking for something to compliment a new healthier eating and lifestyle commitment and the detox kit seemed perfect. Loved the thoughtful packaging and personalised note - it was fun to unbox. The feet patches are defo one of the oddest things I’ve done but strangely satisfying taking them off in the morning and you don’t notice them when you are going to sleep and sleeping and I’m a bit sensitive to that kind of thing so I was pleased that was ok. The tea feels like a great way to start the day and has reset my habits so I’m having a healthier morning rather than reaching for milky coffee first thing. Links to recipe ideas etc were helpful too. Loved it.
