Our detoxifying bath soak is blended from Himalayan salt, Epsom salt, bentonite clay and baking soda, housed in a reusable 60ml amber glass apothecary bottle. * You'll notice we've left essential oils out of the dry blend, and that's intentional. Oils lose their potency quickly once exposed to air, distribute unevenly through salt and clay, and can sit unevenly against the skin if added directly to a dry mix. Adding your own oils fresh, straight into the bathwater, means better distribution, longer-lasting potency in your bottle, and a ritual you can tailor to how you're feeling each night.

HOW TO USE IT
Step 1: Run Your Bath
Fill your tub with warm water, ideally 37 to 40 degrees, or as hot as you can comfortably stand. Warmth helps open the pores and encourages circulation, setting the stage for the soak to do its work.
Step 2: Add Your Soak
Tip the full contents of your bottle into the water as it fills, giving the minerals time to dissolve fully.
Step 3: Add Your Essential Oils
Add a few drops of your preferred essential oils directly to the water for a scent and mood to match your ritual.
Step 4: Swirl
Swirl the water with your hand to distribute the blend and oils evenly before you get in.
Step 5: Soak
Settle in and soak for 20 minutes, giving your skin and body time to properly benefit from the warmth and minerals.
Pro Tip: Keep a glass of water nearby. Warm mineral baths can be dehydrating, so replenishing fluids alongside your soak keeps the ritual feeling restorative rather than draining.
