How To Use It

STEP 1
Drink 1 cup or mug of Morning Sunshine Detox Tea each morning for 5 consecutive days.
*Hot tip - our Naturopath recommends putting a saucer on top of the mug of tea so that the vapour of the herbs stays in the tea and you receive the maximum effectiveness.

STEP 2
Before bed each night, apply a Detox Foot Patch to the clean sole of each foot and leave on overnight. Remove the following morning and rinse your feet.

Use consistently across the full 5 days as part of a simple, supportive detox routine.

For five consecutive days, drink the detox tea daily and apply the foot patches before bed each night. This routine is designed to be simple enough to follow while still feeling intentional. Many customers use the kit at the start of a new season, after holidays, after periods of poor eating or drinking, or whenever they want to feel more supported and back on track.

Detox Tea Ingredients

Ingredients: Green Tea, Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Ginger.

Green Tea – loaded with antioxidants, green tea is another ingredient that has a myriad of evidence-based benefits including: supporting brain function, increasing fat burning (supporting weight loss), reducing inflammation and preventing cell damage.

Burdock Root – a powerhouse of antioxidants that stimulates the kidneys and lymphatic drainage detoxification. As a natural diuretic, you’ll likely need the loo a few more times than usual!  

Dandelion Root – used to support optimum digestion (can be a mild, natural laxative) and preliminary research suggests that it may assist in improving liver and gallbladder function.

Ginger – besides tasting great, ginger is one of those ‘super foods’ that is incredible at supporting your body in so many ways. Ginger can reduce nausea, muscle pain, oxidative stress, improve digestion, bone health, boost your immune system and memory.

Foot Patch Ingredients

Ingredients: Green Tea Powder, Bamboo Vinegar Extract, Wood Vinegar Extract, Tourmaline, Chitin and Chitosan, Vitamin C, Vegetable Fibre, Minus Ion Powder, Dextrin.

Tourmaline – known to boost circulation, supports kidney and liver function, helps to eliminate heavy metals and materials from our body.

Dextrin – a natural fibre known to support your body’s ability to remove waste. Has been said to have the ability to lower the glycemic load of a high-carbohydrate meal.

Bamboo Vingear – an antioxidant and antibacterial, bamboo vinegar is primarily known to promote healthy digestion and soothe indigestion issues.

Wood Vinegar – known to produce an osmotic effect that promotes the transport of toxins across cell membranes to draw out harmful toxins. Decreases swelling and assists with blood circulation.

Chitin and Chitosan – Chitin and chitosan are both biocompatible, biodegradable, and non-toxic biopolymers known to reduce the amount of fat the body absorbs. The biopolymers are also antimicrobial and hydrating agents.

Minus Ion Powder – Negative ions are known to produce biochemical reactions that increase levels of serotonin and boost energy.

Green Tea Powder – As an antioxidant it was a no brainer to include this in our detox foot patches AND the detox tea. Green tea may improve brain function, increases metabolism and supports natural fat burning – both of which can help promote weight loss.

Orders in Australia

Our Standard Delivery Rate is $8.95 for orders up to $80 within Australia. Shipping is free for orders $80 or over within Australia (excluding shipping fees). Please note that gift vouchers do not count towards the $80 limit. 

Express Post

If you would like your order quicker, we offer Australia Post Express Post from $12.95*. 

As we continue to grow, we can no longer promise that all express orders will be shipped out the next day but we will still aim to ship your order as quickly as we can. Rest assured, Australia Post will get your express order to you faster than their standard shipping option.

Authority to Leave

To ensure your order arrives safely and securely, we require Australia Post to get a signature on delivery. If you don't want this option and are happy for Australia Post to leave your order in a secure location at your address, then select the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox on the checkout and leave instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' box.

Note that Australia Post use their discretion with deliveries and if there is nowhere secure to leave the order, they may take it to the nearest Post Office. If you change your mind after the order is shipped, you can always update your shipping preferences with the 'MyPost' portal provided by Australia Post.

Please note that if you select 'Authority to Leave' then you do so at your own risk and we may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen.

International Orders

Please note there may still be delays on international orders due to limited airline capacity. 

We've extended our partnership with Australia Post for all International Orders. The rates are very competitive and the shipping fee starts from AUD$15 for all international orders. Delivery Terms

  1. We aim to process all orders within 1 - 5 working days. Sale periods or site-wide promotions may impact handling times.
  2. Within Australia, your delivery will usually be received within 3-5 business days from when it is shipped. In more remote, and regional, areas this can take longer. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive an order. Tracking numbers will be provided in your shipping confirmation email and these can be used to track your order with Australia Post. You can check your estimated delivery time on the Australia Post website here
  3. International orders are delivered via Australia Post and usually take between 5 and 15 working days. Please allow up to 31 business days. We have an express option available for most countries - please contact us for an estimate on how long this service will take to your location.
  4. For international orders, you may incur duties or tax on your order. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you.
  5. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  6. We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
  7. Delivery, within Australia, is free over $80 AUD and a flat rate of $8.95 below that threshold.
  8. Delivery internationally starts at $15.00 AUD
  9. Missing or non-delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days within Australia and 60 days internationally. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.

What are detox foot patches?

Detox foot patches are adhesive patches applied to the soles of the feet overnight. Inspired by traditional Eastern wellness practices, they contain a blend of natural mineral-based and botanical ingredients designed to support your body's natural elimination processes while you sleep. Each kit contains 5 sets of patches, one for each night, with two patches per set, one for each foot.
Why do the patches turn dark overnight?

The darkening you see when you remove the patches in the morning is caused by a reaction between the patch ingredients and moisture from your skin. It reflects the activity of the patch during use. The depth of colour can vary from person to person and night to night depending on hydration levels, body temperature and skin type.
Why do I use the patches at night?

Your body, particularly your liver, does its most significant detoxification work overnight. Based on the traditional Chinese organ body clock, the liver is most active between 1am and 3am, which is why night-time is an ideal window to support your body's natural elimination rhythm. Applying the patches before bed means they work alongside your body rather than against it.

How do I use the detox foot patches?

Apply one patch to the clean, dry sole of each foot before bed. Leave on for 8 to 10 hours overnight. In the morning, remove the patches, dispose of them in general waste, and rinse your feet if needed. Patches are single use only. Full instructions are included in the kit.
How do I use the Morning Sunshine Detox Tea?

Steep one sachet in hot water for 5 minutes. Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, before food or coffee. This allows the herbal ingredients to support digestive function and elimination throughout the day. The tea is intended to be used each morning alongside the overnight foot patches for the full 5-day ritual.
Can I use the patches and tea at the same time?

Yes, and this is exactly how the kit is designed to be used. The foot patches work overnight while you sleep. The Morning Sunshine Detox Tea continues that support when you wake up. Together they create a gentle 24-hour rhythm of support for your body's natural detoxification pathways.
Does the 5 Day Detox Kit support liver cleansing and lymphatic drainage?

Yes. Both the Morning Sunshine Detox Tea and the detox foot patches contain ingredients specifically chosen to support liver function and lymphatic drainage. Dandelion root and burdock root in the tea are well-known for their role in supporting liver and gallbladder function and stimulating lymphatic detoxification. The tourmaline in the foot patches is known to support kidney and liver function and assist with the elimination of heavy metals. How often should I do a 5-day detox?

We recommend incorporating the kit as a ritual rather than a one-off event. Five days a month is a sustainable, manageable rhythm that supports your body's natural detox function without disruption to your normal routine. How do I know if I need to detox?

Common signals that your body may benefit from support include persistent fatigue, bloating, brain fog, dull or reactive skin, sluggish digestion and a general sense of heaviness that rest alone does not resolve. These are not diagnostic tools but they are useful prompts.
Are the patches safe?

Yes, the patches are safe for most adults when used as directed. We do not recommend use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without consulting your doctor first. We do not recommend use for children. If you are allergic to shellfish, please note that one ingredient, chitosan, is derived from crustacean shells. Full ingredients are listed on the product page.
Are the patches reusable?

No. Each patch is designed for single use only. Dispose of used patches in general waste after each use.
Can I use the patches for longer than 5 days?

If you feel your body still needs support after the 5-day kit, you can continue for up to 10 consecutive days. After that, we recommend a 14-day break before beginning another cycle. Always listen to your body and consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns.
Can I use the patches on parts of my body other than my feet?

No. The patches are designed specifically for use on the soles of the feet and should not be applied elsewhere.
Are there any side effects?

Most people experience no adverse effects. Occasionally, people with sensitive skin may notice mild redness or irritation at the adhesive edges. If this occurs, discontinue use. If you experience any unexpected reaction, consult your healthcare professional.
Are the patches and tea suitable during pregnancy?

We recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before using any wellness product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
What is the best way to support detox overall?
