STEP 1
Place the patches on the (clean) soles of your feet before bed, and let them work their magic overnight. The patches are adhesive, so all you need to do is stick them on and doze off to sleep.

Upon waking, peel them off and dispose of the used patches (they’re intended for single use only). Rinse your feet.

To 'next level' the power of the foot patches, our morning detox teas have specific ingredients to support your body’s natural detoxification process.

Simply use one tea bag each morning, steeped in a boiled mug of water for approximately 3-5 minutes. Then sip away!

TONGUE SCRAPER
After your regular tooth brushing, place the tongue scraper towards the back of your tongue and gently pull the scraper down the tongue, towards the tip. Repeat 2-3 times. Rinse mouth.

Our Standard Delivery Rate is $8.95 for orders up to $80 within Australia. Shipping is free for orders $80 or over within Australia (excluding shipping fees). Please note that gift vouchers do not count towards the $80 limit.

If you would like your order quicker, we offer Australia Post Express Post from $12.95*.

To ensure your order arrives safely and securely, we require Australia Post to get a signature on delivery. International orders are delivered via Australia Post and usually take between 5 and 15 working days. Please allow up to 31 business days. We have an express option available for most countries - please contact us for an estimate on how long this service will take to your location.
