What are detox foot patches?

Detox foot patches are adhesive patches applied to the soles of the feet overnight. Inspired by traditional Eastern wellness practices, they contain a blend of natural mineral-based and botanical ingredients designed to support your body's natural elimination processes while you sleep. Each kit contains 5 sets of patches, one for each night, with two patches per set, one for each foot.

Why do the patches turn dark overnight?

The darkening you see when you remove the patches in the morning is caused by a reaction between the patch ingredients and moisture from your skin. It reflects the activity of the patch during use. The depth of colour can vary from person to person and night to night depending on hydration levels, body temperature and skin type.

Why do I use the patches at night?

Your body, particularly your liver, does its most significant detoxification work overnight. Based on the traditional Chinese organ body clock, the liver is most active between 1am and 3am, which is why night-time is an ideal window to support your body's natural elimination rhythm. Applying the patches before bed means they work alongside your body rather than against it.

How do I use the detox foot patches?

Apply one patch to the clean, dry sole of each foot before bed. Leave on for 8 to 10 hours overnight. In the morning, remove the patches, dispose of them in general waste, and rinse your feet if needed. Patches are single use only. Full instructions are included in the kit.

How do I use the Morning Sunshine Detox Tea?

Steep one sachet in hot water for 5 minutes. Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, before food or coffee. This allows the herbal ingredients to support digestive function and elimination throughout the day. The tea is intended to be used each morning alongside the overnight foot patches for the full 5-day ritual.

Can I use the patches and tea at the same time?

Yes, and this is exactly how the kit is designed to be used. The foot patches work overnight while you sleep. The Morning Sunshine Detox Tea continues that support when you wake up. Together they create a gentle 24-hour rhythm of support for your body's natural detoxification pathways.

What if I miss a night?

Do not stress about it. Simply pick back up the following evening and continue through the remaining nights of your kit. Consistency over time matters more than perfection. If you miss a night, you have not undone anything, just get back on track.

How often should I do a 5-day detox?

We recommend incorporating the kit as a ritual rather than a one-off event. Five days a month is a sustainable, manageable rhythm that supports your body's natural detox function without disruption to your normal routine. How do I know if I need to detox?

Common signals that your body may benefit from support include persistent fatigue, bloating, brain fog, dull or reactive skin, sluggish digestion and a general sense of heaviness that rest alone does not resolve. These are not diagnostic tools but they are useful prompts.

Are the patches safe?

Yes, the patches are safe for most adults when used as directed. We do not recommend use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without consulting your doctor first. We do not recommend use for children. Are the patches reusable?

No. Each patch is designed for single use only. Dispose of used patches in general waste after each use.

Can I use the patches for longer than 5 days?

If you feel your body still needs support after the 5-day kit, you can continue for up to 10 consecutive days. After that, we recommend a 14-day break before beginning another cycle. Always listen to your body and consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns.

Can I use the patches on parts of my body other than my feet?

No. The patches are designed specifically for use on the soles of the feet and should not be applied elsewhere.

Are there any side effects?

Most people experience no adverse effects. Occasionally, people with sensitive skin may notice mild redness or irritation at the adhesive edges. If this occurs, discontinue use. If you experience any unexpected reaction, consult your healthcare professional.

Are the patches and tea suitable during pregnancy?

We recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before using any wellness product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

What is the best way to support detox overall?

The kit works best as part of a broader approach that includes staying well hydrated with good quality water, eating fibre-rich whole foods, moving your body regularly, reducing exposure to synthetic chemicals where possible, and prioritising sleep. The 5-day ritual is a supportive starting point, not a substitute for these foundations.
